Kauai Blue Mountain

I reserve this for myself and occasional special occasions to impress select guests. Nice complexity. Not too bitter and drinks really well untouched. A bit of heavy cream or a shot of half and half to a nice mug is a treat. Fruity/nutty dark roast with bitter chocolate notes and an inviting aroma. Definitely a special roast. I grind this myself.

Great coffee, for now

We tried this coffee and the plantation while we were visiting Kauai. Now I’m spoiled for the rest of the coffee’s of the world. We order online now, and it’s all we drink.

Great coffee

When I grind and brew this coffee every morning, the aroma is intoxicating. The taste is luxurious and mellow, never harsh. I drink coffee black because I love the taste, and this amazing dark roast can't be beat.
